2024 CHWI Annual Forum: Movers & Shakers CommUNITY Forum

Description: Join us at the Movers & Shakers CommUNITy Forum, a dynamic event that aims to bring together all community partners in the CHW ecosystem. This year’s forum will:  

1. Understand how state and local partners are building community and strengthening the CHW workforce.   

2. Engage participants in an interactive gallery walk showcasing our published comprehensive action plan, also known as Cultivating Community Change Together: Mecklenburg County’s Community Health Worker Initiative Comprehensive Action Plan to Improve Access to Care FY25-28.  

3. Explore strategies on how to improve health outcomes in Mecklenburg County with the assistance of CHWs.
