2023 Mecklenburg County’s Community Health Worker Initiative Fall Biannual Forum

Mecklenburg County’s Community Health Worker Initiative will host its second network meeting convening all partners in the CHW ecosystem, with the purpose to: (1) understand how state and local partners are strengthening the CHW workforce; (2) review and approve the Mecklenburg County Community Health Worker Initiative Comprehensive Action Plan; and (3) learn how Mecklenburg County CHWs engage with their communities to improve health equity. Lunch will be provided.
