CHWI Network Meeting

To convene the Stakeholder Advisory Collaborative and QC Community Connect Coalition under one roof to discuss: (1) gaps and/or barriers to the CHW profession; (2) final feedback/thoughts on the Mecklenburg County Community Health Worker Initiative Logic Model; and (3) deepen our understanding of how we can support each other in a collaborative forum.
