DESCRIPTION:Join Queen City Community Connect Coalition for its first ever Resource Roundup Session! The purpose of Resource Roundups is for a dynamic exchange designed for Community Health Workers (CHWs) to foster resource-sharing and collaborating. During Resource Roundup sessions with QC4\, CHWs can share valuable resources they’ve discovered. Additionally\, CHWs can express their resource needs\, creating a collaborative exchange that strengthens the collective knowledge base and empowers CHWs to better serve their communities.
